I had the best day around Rotorua thanks to the electric bike I rented! Biked over 30+km and visited Rainbow Springs, the Agrodome, did the Railroad trail back to the city to Sulphur Point, then the trail to the Redwoods and around there and then back to the city. Several great tips from the staff. I would highly recommend. Such a perfect day that wouldn't have been possible without the bike!!!

Lovely to talk to and thought it was going to work out great. Sadly double booked us so on the night before pick up we had to find an alternative supplier. Shame. We had high hopes. The kids were gutted.

This is why I love supporting small bike shops. Joe is absolutely awesome. It's not often someone will call you up and tell you that you've spent too much and only need half of what you ordered to do the job, but that's exactly what Joe did. I ended up changing my order and getting some extra accessories with the difference. Thanks again and honestly I'll be shopping with you guys first whenever possible, you made my day! :)

Joe and the team are awesome. My sister and I both bought electric bikes a couple of years ago - this involved a number of visits to discuss and try out!. Joe was always friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. We have also taken visitors to hire bikes and always recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing an electric bike. We recently upgraded our bike racks and yet again they were so helpful.Can't recommend highly enough.
