Natalia is a skilled therapist, with a good knowledge of the body from her own sporting background, and so is able to provide effective treatment for your aches and pains, as well as guidance on stretches and remedial steps you can take outside of the therapy session to help improve your body. I'd definitely recommend people to go and see her, as I have done now for some time.
