Lotto Shop

Just thought I'd grab a lucky dip seeing it was New years Eve. Didn't win but had a good New Year

I take my mother there to buy her lotto numbers it's handy when you have a supermarket right there also finish shopping and spare change buy lotto

I replayed a lotto ticket again which had won a free bonus ticket,I wasnt aware id won anything,I ask if I can replay these numbers again, all I hear is the theme winner ticket notification from the rigister, Retailer didnt say you've won a free bonus ticket or anything just hands my new bonus ticket and new replay tickets over, I request my old tickets back she proceeds to rip the bottom barcode from old winning ticket off, I have never experiance any retailer do this there normaly happy to hand old winning tickets back without defacing, I will not return back to that store for lotto. Retailer should at least explain what has happened what there doing and why.
