Dr. Puketapu (Tara) is a gifted practitioner. She has helped me recover from both repetitive strain injuries at work, and from acute pain caused by weight training and other heavy physical activity.I have been to chiropractors and physical therapists in my life; Tara seamlessly integrates the best of both fields. In the last 8 weeks, we've successfully chased down my shoulder injury with both adjustments and appropriate exercises to get the body moving properly again. So happy to have found her practice, would recommend to anyone experiencing chronic or acute musculoskeletal pain.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Dixon Street Chiropractic. It was the first time I've ever been to a chiropractor and I was a bit apprehensive, but Tara was fantastic at explaining what she was doing, all the way throughout my initial appointment. For many years I had had lower back pain that prevented me from standing still for any length of time and after just a few appointments that pain has now completely gone. Was also very pleased to get advice from Tara re making sure I schedule my regular massages for just before my chiropractic appointments. This has made the world of difference to my appointments with Tara. .

Dixon Street Chiropractic were a dream to deal with. Both Dr Cheyne and the reception staff were so lovely and helpful. I really appreciate the inclusive approach staff had when referencing gender. I have been going to Dixon Street Chiropractors for about two years now and highly recommend the centre, and in particular Tara Puketapu. The work they do is holistic and seems to come from a lot of knowledge and experience. By viewing pain and misalignments in the context of the whole body, they have been able to help me with long-standing posture and chronic pain issues that even my GP could not identify. Tara was amazing. My back pain disappeared within 3 sessions and wrists feel better as well. Highly recommend for back pain and wrist injuries.

Dr Tara Puketapu is absolutely wonderful. I went to see her with extreme back and shoulder pain. She is so calm and explained everything she was going to do and made me feel completely relaxed and pain free after just a few sessions. Would recommend her service 100%. Dr Garth Cheyne is the best chiropractor I have ever met. He is so calm and professional. We went to see him for our back and shoulder pain. He explained everything and made us feel completely relaxed. We are so much aware of our sitting posture now. The treatment was awesome and feeling so good now, Staff at reception is very friendly and professional too. We definitely recommend Dixon chiropractor and specially Dr. Garth. I am sure everyone is best as well.
