10 bucks for a pack of tampons. total rip off foul people praying on desperate woman.

Was treated like a criminal. Came to NZ for my honeymoon and spent over a week in the north and South Island. We had to come back to Auckland for a night to take our flight back to LA in the morning. Stopped at this store for some drinks to take back with me to our hotel. My husband was next door at the Thai restaurant. He gave me our card to be used for our international travel. The man at the counter questioned me about the card to which I responded “my husband is next door if you want to see both of our IDs”. The man rudely told me “how can you give me a card you can’t sign for” so I left OUR card with him to grab my husband who had our IDs bc he was right next door waiting for our food and the man tried to stop me. My husband came in and the man just asked him to sigh the receipt didn’t question him. The interaction made me so uncomfortably and so unwelcome in Auckland.
