We did our entire house, and had to work around other trades, these guys were nothing but amazing to work with. Craig accommodated us all the way. This company is the worst business I have had to deal with by a country mile. I could write a novel about how horrendous the experience has been, but to cut the story short we had our gutter and down pipe system replaced by them in February 2022. One of the pipes leaked from day 1. Some of the pipes and spreaders have caused intolerable noises. Every time it rains I'm just on the verge of going insane because the noise makes it impossible to sleep or to concentrate for working. After many emails and phone calls, it's now late January 2023 and they still haven't fixed the problems, which are clearly covered under their own warranty and by the Consumer Guarantees Act.I should have checked the reviews before proceeding. Most of the reviews are generic, which looked like they were bought rather than from genuine customers.My advice to you is don't pay in full until you've seen how the product performs after a few rains. After you pay it's impossible to get them to engage with you again. With this kind of attitude I wonder how they will survive when the construction boom goes bust.

Contacted for a gutter repair, arranged for them to come and see the job, never heard from them again, even after leaving a message for them to call me back. I am guessing the job was too small, but common courtesy would be to let me know.
