The staff at the Shirley library are so helpful. I'm technology challenged but with the help of staff I'm learning to scan, photocopy, upload documents etc. They have great patience and I like how they oversee and guide me to do it for myself rather than doing it for me. I was nervous and felt silly the first time asking for help but now I'm confident to ask them anything and I'm learning new things each time I'm there. Great staff!

Came this Friday morning to print off a few papers. Staff were very helpful and friendly and of course, vaccine pass needed for entry :)

So I became a member now, the sign up was not too bad, like other things id's were required with proof address luckily had those on me. The lady was lovely and explained well what to do n what not. Lovely nice place, I do have to explore more about books and stuffs though.

Wowser. I really enjoy spending time in libraries, however, today was nuts! Bathroom was a state, guard was awesome but no in and out direction entry/exit, and exit from the car parks was obscured for 15mins.

Cosy,, helpful,,relaxed atmosphere,,good variety of books,,they also provide other community focused activity for young and young at heart,,, free computer access,,,need to wear a mask.

I don't think me and my kids will be back here in a hurry. There's a blonde lady in the customer service counter who's just totally not nice to deal with. You need to avoid this lady. She's judgemental and mean. Doesn't even know the meaning of the word customer service". Librarian appeared a tad more helpful but took ages to warm up to helping. A male librarian was avoidant and pretended to be busy so he didn't have to help us with our enquiry. However they do have a lovely selection of books."

My local library have been coming here since a child. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Always help me print stuff off. Love the baby times group held by Megan.
