Some delays in delivery however good communication throughout keeping us across the issues and what they were doing about it. Very happy with the curtains and blinds - excellent workmanship and fabric quality and very competitive prices.

These guys provide good prices and I was very happy with the product. However, they have to work on their communication a big time. I found it very difficult get prompt response from them and they have too many people involved in the communication channel for one order! The installer did the clean job installing the blinds.

My curtains are lovely, but the customer service has been abysmal. When I ordered my curtains early November 2021 I was told the standard 6/8 weeks. With Covid and Christmas I didn’t really expect them until January. I had NO communication from Curtain Design, and started chasing them in February. They emailed to say they would contact me to arrange fitting “next week”. Next week never came, and they didn’t contact me. I had to continue chasing them, and just had no response. Then out of the blue a neighbour phoned me at work to say someone was here to fit my curtains. Again - zero communication from Curtain Design. Overall FOUR MONTHS and much chasing on my part to get them. If these small businesses want customer support in these difficult times then they really need to review their levels of customer service! Needless to say I have gone elsewhere for my second lot of curtains…

Curtain Design have been a great company to work with and we are very happy with the roman blinds and drapes they have produced. Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process from initial consultation through to the final installation. We appreciated the extra, with the installation of a temporary set of drapes for a bedroom while the final sets were being made. Nice touch. Thanks to the whole team.

I am so happy with my custom made curtains I had from the team - I had an unusual request of pink glitter curtains for my lounge and can happily say that I was not disappointed at all! Can 10/10 recommend Jordan and his team :)

Have used Curtain Design twice now, for all the curtains in our house. Great selection of fabrics which they were happy for me to take many away with me. Very happy with everything and the service received.

This company is fantastic. They have done an awesome job with making and installing the curtains in my new build home. I am super impressed and glad to have curtains now in my home, so thank you to the team (Viv, Chris, Matt, Gareth) also for working during these challenging times and making it down to Taupo as soon as you could.

Stephanie and the team at Curtain Design have been brilliant and when Covid interrupted things or there was the odd challenge the team pulled together to sort things out - to me that’s the sign of a great business when problems are solved graciously and to everyone’s satisfaction. The curtains and blinds are lovely quality and I would use the services of Curtain Design again anytime. Thanks all!
