First off ( a good indication of work ethic ), Kevin kept to his word and arrived on the day and time he said he would to fix our F&P washing machine. He repaired our machine promptly and professionally. Really communicative with what the problem was also. Honest - reliable and so refreshing to meet such a neat person. This gentleman was awesome coming out of his way to fix my washing machine. He even told if he was unable to help once he looks at my machine he wouldn't charge but he did fix it at a price I could afford. Totally recommended him.

Excellent! Kevin is a great guy, very friendly. He was informative over the phone and arrived same day at the time he scheduled for. He was quick with fixing my washing machine. Kevin gave me some good insight regarding washing machines and what to look for. Top job.
