Big thank you to Dave, Matthew and Matt for the excellent vinyl planking installation. Everything went smoothly and communication was excellent. Really pleased with the end result!

We are very happy with the new vinyl laid in the laundry. toilet and bathroom. A best laid plan that followed the script. A special mention for Mark Dusting, Vinyl Layer extraordinaire.

Customer service/communication from Dave and Matthew was really good and they were competitive with their carpet and installation quote. Carpet installation is the reason for not giving a 5 star rating. We found numerous pieces of carpet blades left inside on the carpet and outside the house. There were also screws and pieces of the wooden tack strip with tacks in it left lying around. There were marks, scratches and paint damage on skirting boards that will need repainting. The carpet had not been vacuumed and looked really messy with small pieces of carpet offcuts and carpet fibres everywhere. Vacuuming the newly laid carpet would have identified all of the sharp objects left lying around, as well as leaving a professional look to the carpet when we first viewed it. It was quite deflating. I was also advised 2 weeks after the installation that our key to the rental property had been lost". When we discussed getting the lock changed

The team did a great job starting from the consultation to the installation and laying. They came up with products and colors I wouldn’t have thought of and the floors look amazing.I had both bathrooms and a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area done and they are stunning.

We were delighted with the new flooring installed recently in our house. Matt is an excellent craftsman with a great deal of experience . Our job was a bit tricky and he produced a result which is very professional in its function and as pleasing to the eye as we had wanted. Friendly, funny and fast as anything - a superb installation team. Had vinyl planks laid to freshen up kitchen / dining / entryway - no mess, no fuss and looks amazing. Highly recommend, we are definitely going to get them back for more.
