I have just used the guys at code to help me with a freehold conversion of my cross lease property, I am in the construction industry myself but didn't feel confident in attempting the conversion on my own so was reccomended them by a college who has worked with them before.. the guys were great, George is awesome at what he does, kept me updated thed whole time and we just got RC approved this morning!
