We absolutely love shopping here, the staff always welcome you with a smile as you enter the store and they are all very helpful.On most of our visits we have had Richard serve us. His customer service level’s definitely exceeded our expectation each time. He’s always friendly, helpful and honest and that’s what keeps us coming back to this store.

Pretty shabby customer service bloke who's store manager (I think) could do with some serious customer service training.Went in yesterday and found a price I was happy with on some docs I had been after. Purchased them in good faith that they were the price on the tag to find they had charged me $60 more. Went back to ask why and he basically accused me of swapping the tags so that I could get cheaper shoes...in front of a full and very busy store!! Not ok!! Step up fella and admit your mistake of labeling them incorrectly and take some accountability. I wont be back to this store anytime soon, if ever.

Hi!! I don’t usually leave reviews but my experience here today with Hayley has had me grinning for a few hours now. I love the boots I bought but Hayley’s service made me way happier than the boots. The loveliest person & the loveliest experience. Very grateful for the level of service I received today, so personable & so thank you thank you thank you Hayley!! Such a wonderful thing looking for a pair of shoes and leaving with the shoes AND a big fat smile

Stellar service!! I came in midmorning to buy some 1460s and was met with friendly faces - something that is, unfortunately, becoming increasingly rare. One person I'd like to specifcally shout out is Kaz (sorry if I misspelled your name!); she's onto it, funny, and I could tell she genuinely loves her job. She has a great sense of humor, is quick, and graceful. I felt heard with her - it wasn't about just selling the shoe, but also having good chats.The store was clean, well cared for, and the music was the perfect vibe.Will definitely swing by if I ever have a shopping itch!!
