Made an enquiry yesterday and the guy answering the call was less than helpful, quite rude and didn't seem to care if he sold anything or not. Also, their pricing is a lot higher than the other Macrocarpa suppliers. Customer service needs much improvement. These guys need to up their game.

purchased some 150x40 today and the people I dealt with, office and hoist driver, could not have been more helpful. office guy was extremely efficient and hoist driver sorted timber to give me the best lengths available, cut to length and brought them to trailer. great service, thank you.
