Had delivery from this place by give me bread. Excellent food and fast delivery. Food was still warm when they arrived. Drinks were fabulous too. Love their spicy wings, they seriously spicy and Yum! Chicken kebab was so crispy outside and juicy inside. Squid was a while squid very tasty. Would definitely go again.

A worthy visit for a keen foodie. Their wide selection from small plates of chicken, pork, beef and other delicious morsels to noodle soups, rice with various mains. They also do 'bubble tea'. They have karaoke rooms for hire and alcohol is sold. Staff and owner are very friendly and happy to describe a dish you might not have seen before or give recommendations on popular items. Just don't be shy to ask for guidance. There are gems hidden in the menus. Simply tell them what you like.

Looks good but these pieces were the same bone and gristle cut each, menu just said chicken". Definite language barrier with staff. Not very welcoming to English speakers."

It feels like the restaurant is struggling but not improving.The waiters had a strange attitude, the singing environment was not good and the toilets were dirty.The food is very ordinary, not let me feel delicious, can only appease hunger.Milk tea doesn't taste good, and the pudding is jelly, not pudding.A few times When I needed some extra vinegar and chili, I didn't expect the waiter to let me serve it at their counter.

The Kareoke microphones were not working, music selection was poor for non -Chinese music. The fried rice tasted like oil. Cold and rap music playing in the restaurant. I usually have an open mind, but this place was not good. Makes China look bad. I don't recommend unless you want a bad time.

Karaoke room has a reasonable sound system. However, the service is a bit slow and the room is stuffy. There is no bell system to call the waiter.

Need to have taste for the food. Slightly expensive for the serving. Had fried tiger prawns in oyster sauce. This was good. The seafood noodle soup was ok. Initially got served with meat and they had to replace as I said no meat. So the server / waiter wasn’t really sure as could barely speak English. Most of the ppl were unable to speak English. So tricky. Anyways 2/5. Once a.m vista.

THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!I have been to quite a few restaurants before that had very poor customer service but this place has got to be the WORST! I came to have dinner and karaoke with my workmates and their customer service was absolutely terrible. The restaurant was not busy at that time and they had quite a few staff working but none of them seemed like they give a damn about their customers. They did not bring water and glasses to our table then when my friend and I grabbed the glasses ourselves the water jugs were all empty and there was a staff standing right in front of us but she didn't even have the initiative to fill them up until we asked. We all had our own meals and it would have been nice if the food came out right about the same time but they didn't. It took ages before all of the meals that we ordered came out so I definitely don't recommend this place for big groups. One of us were given the wrong dish but he was just too nice to complain about it and he also didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for his food. Another one of us only ordered an entree for her meal but her dish was still not out after 50 minutes and we already followed up her order twice. Her entree didn't arrive until everyone else were almost finished with their meals. I am pretty sure that they forgot about her order because someone else in our group ordered the same entree and she got it in 20 minutes. During our meal I decided that I want to order one more dish so I walk up to the counter because I know it would take forever if I waited for someone to come. As I am standing in front of the counter there were three staff in front of me (tall skinny guy with glasses, girl with short hair, and another girl with long hair). None of them acknowledge my presence and bothered to ask me what I wanted so I waited for 5 minutes in front of the counter. Then when the girl with short hair finally looked at me I asked if I could get another entree dish and she didn't say anything all she did was point at the guy and walked away. Then the guy and the girl with long hair were arguing in front of me. I couldn't understand as I do not speak their language but I could clearly see in their pissed off facial expressions. Then after they argue the guy looks at me but just walks away. Then the girl looking pissed and upset looked at me and I was expecting her to serve me but she shook her head pointed at the guy turned around, sat down, and started eating her noodles. NO ONE AS IN NOT ONE OF THEM CARED. I got so mad that I had to walk out to cool down as I was about to start shouting at every single one of them. As I have been working as a front of house staff myself for 4 years it upset me a lot because I know how staff should treat their customers. Whoever is the manager of this place, you have got to take a hard look at your staff and sort them out because from all of the 1 star reviews that I have read we are not the only ones who have gone through your staff's terrible service.

TERRIBLE SERVICEI went here a while ago but I asked the staff on how to use the Karaoke machine and he explained it really fast that I couldn't understand it. I asked another staff and she looked annoyed that I asked and she didn't explain properly. Food was okay but the service overall was the worst I've ever seen in a restaurant/karaoke. The staff were all not friendly and looked annoyed. It seemed like they were not kind to anyone except Chinese customers.
