The staff were lovely, service amazing and the food was delicious! The Salmon had great flavours and the steak cooked to perfection, it just melts in your mouth

Lovely food, but a very long wait for both the mains and then dessert to arrive. I did appreciate though that they openly acknowledged that and offered a free glass of wine to share between us.

I stay at Novotel regularly for work and usually dine out. I will definitely be dining in from now on as the food was amazing! The steaks were cooked perfectly and everything tasted amazing. With improved service would have given 5 stars

Good drinks, reasonable prices.Food was nicely presented and had an interesting menu. I had venison and lamb rump; both tasted delicious but were a touch over cooked. Nothing extreme though.

The mains we ordered were great. The bread we ordered came hot from a microwave and turned to cardboard and rubbery when it cooled down. We would have preferred it came from a grill/oven as it would have still been edible after it cooled down.

Severely undercooked seafood entree. Sent it back and got a replacement that was the same if not worse. Not a fan of food poisoning and couldn't trust the kitchen so walked out. Got a charged for a drink I had a free drink voucher for.

We visited this weekend and were pretty disappointed. We had two preschoolers with us and ordered a soda water to be split among them. They put about 2cm of soda water in a glass for each child and charged us $9. After we queried this they told us yes they did overcharge, it should have been $4.50 but they can't do refunds. Appreciate it was only a few dollars but it was the principle of them having no interest in addressing an issue they owned up to.
