We had the best experience exchanging our NZ dollars to Aus dollars, thanks to Emma. My nana & mother speak little to no English and struggle to get their message across. Amazing service! I came here with a lot of loose change and uncounted folded and mixed small notes straight out of my pocket in the worst mess possible and Pravina happily and vigilantly sorted out my money exchange without missing a beat. I didnt even know how much I had initially but she organized my mess and repeated the count for my benefit with a smile. 10/10 excellent

No one at front desk at 2:30pm on a weekday. Whilst chatting outside a lady came out front saying “on a break”. I asked how long? 5,10,15 mins? Response was a deadbeat “one hour”. Total waste of space. Don’t know why they even bother having a branch at the domestic terminal.
