Terrible hair cut. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. Totally different from the picture wanted. Hairdresser didn't show in the mirror the back part of my hair and when I went home it was completely ugly. So DISAPPOINTING.

I had a haircut recently with the only senior stylist; Sarah and it was a very bad haircut. I asked for a trim and I only have 1 1/2 inch straight cut off the back and that’s all. She says done!! ..this is the 2nd time I have been there as the first time was just okay and so I thought will try again...never again would I recommend the place. Two weeks ago I recommend her to my niece and she complained about her haircut by Sarah which I say not possible her..must be someone else..but I was wrong. My mum and sis was there last week and saw her finished up a customer with uneven cut at the back and she told the customer-done. Mr owner- I think you need to sit down and have a good talk with Sarah before you lose more customers.

We went in today to straighten our daughters hair (7yrs) and I was so amazed at their service. It took 3 hrs for the procedure as our daughters hair was being straightened and usually lasts for around 6mths. This was the second time doing it and I was just so impressed how they treated her, spoil her was the more accurate description. Even though she was starting to cry and get upset having sitting in the same chair for 3 hours, but they were very understanding and patient. Same service from last time we went there. Will be going back again again. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have been here. My first time was for myself & my 2nd visit was for my daughter, and I am highly impressed. These ladies really know how to do colour, they get it right for the customer and ensure we walk out the door 100% satisfied. We will be back. Thank you Bling Bling.

I have been going to this hair salon for 3 years and the great service hasn't changed a bit! Everytime I get amazed at how they change my hair into a work of art. I highly recommend Bling Bling Hair to everyone who wishes for beautiful hair. Bling Bling Hair, keep up the good work!

First time trying out this place today. It was a good experience, the best in west Auckland for me. The staff are very friendly and they are very skilled. The price is very good too. Definitely, recommend trying this place, especially, if you're Korean.

My aunty got her hair cut and coloured and as I sat with her discussing colors we agreed that the brown with blonde highlights was the right way to go coloured wide.well the foils have not been held close enough to the roots and the coloured starts about an inch from roots and the toner she put thru is hideous her hair is street kid orange and a real bad representation of what ur salon provides.im trying to encourage my aunt to come back and have u fix this ugly mess

The WORST ever haircut! The ladies here are lovely and sweet but hairdressing is shocking. Before I had my hair cut I asked the lady not to cut it short and she cut my hair so short and thinned it out until I basically had no hair left, she started cutting my hair at the back so by time I had noticed how short it was, it was way to late. When I said you’ve cut my hair to short the lady next to me started filming as if I shouldn’t be upset about my hair and then it was excuse’s. This left me very self conscious and it has taken me 2 years to grow my long curly hair back.Also the shop smelled horrible and I contemplated walking out as soon as I walked in, which I should have.

It appears many people have had the same issue, went to get a hair cut here, and the lady cut my hair way too short and uneven. I ended up with three different chunks of lengths side by side. I complained but did not want to go back to 'resolve' this as my hair was already shorter than what i asked and i didnt want to cut anymore off. These ladies clearly don't understand what their customers want since so many of your reviews have complained about cutting hair too short and thin. To be very honest, this was the worst hair cut i've ever gotten in my life, and i will never trust any hair dressers anymore after this, will be doing my own hair from now on. On the bright side, this business will make me save lots of money in the long term since they have made me black list the industry for good after this absolute nightmere, i felt so insecure after this horrible hair cut and will continue to feel bad until it grows out.
