Bootifulfitnessnz is awesome, such a friendly bunch of ladies and Kirsty is a great instructor keeps you motivated and is really friendly makes you feel part of the group right away. So awesome to have a place like this to come with your kids.

I have never been happy in my body. I saw an ad on Facebook about a Mature Muscles fitness class for women. So I sent a message asking a couple of questions. Fast response and I havent looked back. I absolutely love the classes and all the ladies that go to these classes. My mental health and how I look at myself have changed so much with the support of all of these lovely ladies especially Kirsty our smiling assassin Trainer. All I have left to say is Thank You!
