An enjoyable stretch of walking/cycling track that connects the Outlet campground with the Albert town bridge. It is suitable for families with children. Some excellent views.

An OK freedom camping area. Bit of road noise but not too bad if parked against the bank away from the road. It's level, has toilets but a long walk.Basically it is the only freedom camping area shown for the whole area so the choice is not great

Lovely stretch of walking/cycling track between the Outlet campground and the Alberttown bridge. It offers stunning views of the Clutha River and the changing autumn leaves. Can be quite popular so watch out for other walkers/cyclists and their dogs. There are a couple of benches along the way to sit and enjoy the view and information panels providing walking times, history of the area, geographic information etc.

Nice track with great view along the river. Suits families with children. Next time will bring bikes so can see more (we had only about 45min to walk there).
