Daily Grind Stump Grinding

Tai is so professional and did such an amazing job in our back garden removing a stump that was rotting and that had been sitting there for years. Tai was efficient in getting in contact with me. Visited my property to provide quote quickly. Multiple texts later and promises of quotes but nothing came through. Now not responding to my text message. Contacted Jim's Trees and within 1 hour had a quote in my email which we are proceeding with. Potentially something to learn from for future interactions quotes.

Chip spray left all over the fences and stumps left around the perimeter of our house. Here I was thinking your guy would come back to finish the job? Nope. Also, no one has contacted us regarding our electric gate that your guy grinded into??? The cables are still there waiting to be replaced. Our gate no longer works as you know. Really disappointed that no one has followed up with us and your guy won't answer my calls? We had sorted a sparky who said that it can be fixed and we are waiting for you to come to the party before further action is taken. Can William or Tai please get in contact with me. We aren't going to let this go away without a fight so you best come and sort our gate out for us before the end of the year!

Very professional operator. Does a great job. Our group use Daily Grind regularly on three properties. They do anything from taking down huge Washingtonian Palms to enormous large scale hedges.....and best of all clean up everything afterwards. Highly recommended.

Paid in full, did half the job. Said he would return to finish the rest and never responded afterwards, called him off a friends phone to see if he was specifically ignoring my number and he picked up immediately. Looking at the past reviews it seems like he has done this before.Editing, as per your reply which is a complete a lie, im sure you're future customers will also experience this.

Tai did some stump grinding for us. His price was considerably cheaper than other quotes we got and his work was excellent. Fast, efficient and tidy - highly recommended.
