Prompt response from local dealer, but had to be done through another dealer due to car set up. Poor response, national call center nice to talk to but not seeing things through. I do realise that covid has affected supply but I found a screen from dealership and sorted with insurance but this was not followed up. 11 week wait. Have gone elsewhere.To response, this review was posted after a lengthy email to customer care.

Fast and helpful, the glazier who came out did a fantastic job. Cheaper than i was anticipating to pay, hopefully we don't have to but will definitely use them again.

Overall was average , they did the job good but a few things I picked up on was they didn’t bother cleaning up the glass the was broken in the door nor give me a heads up about my speaker having no screws, they just placed it back without being secured or telling me I would have to do it
