Asked for a heat pump quote and the person responsible arrived shortly after calling before 8am. Didn't bother to take footwear off which is unusual for a trades-person. Quote consisted of just a figure with out a breakdown. For comparison purposes I asked for the actual price of the heat pump and the reply was that these are not sold separately. Replied that it was just for comparison purposes. Never replied after that. Should really be a zero.

We had our Heat Pump installed by Best and West around 4 years ago and we already received excellent service back then. Recently we were experiencing a small problem with it. Within a short span of time one of their technicians was able to help us solve the problem by giving us helpful advice over the phone. All in all I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially with this amazing after sales support.
