I've always had such a great experience every time I've come to Haven. I used to go to different clinics for waxing, facials and tanning and now I've found a place that can do all 3 and to such a high quality. Waxing is always fast and efficient! Facials are relaxing and leave my skin feeling soft and fresh! And Tanning is always perfectly suited for my skin tone and coverage is on point. Highly recommend Haven for its excellent and friendly service!

Excellent service from skin expert Thai. So lovely. My concerns were listened to and catered to extremely well. I've even recommended for my mum to come here. I've been to a lot of other skin clinics and this is by far the best experience i've ever had with effective results as well as a decent price point. They also don't try to upsell products and catered to my every need. Very glad I came here and highly recommend.

Beautiful environment and amazing service! I was looked after by Shelly who gave me the most amazing facial. I got the benefits of relaxing as well as my skin being visably improved by the Osmosis products Shelly used on my skin. I left feeling great and armed with a great plan to achieve the results I am after with my skin. Haven ticks all the boxes.

First time going, had a Brazilian done. Unfortunately despite the lovely service (offered a tea or water on entrance), execution wasn’t thorough and also noticed a near full bin of what I can only assume were past customers discarded wipes etc.I asked when I realised she’d ‘finished’ if I could have the hair off in the middle and the lady said she had done so... I said I could still feel it (5 weeks growth in the middle side lips) so she agreed to do it again. Still wasn’t done and it just got awkward for me to keep asking.At payment I gave the feedback that there was hair still there unlike a proper Brazilian, she did offer to go back and do it again but at that point I just needed to go and have opted instead to just tweeze the rest off at home. Still paid the same. Disappointed - won’t be back but lovely girl & maybe they do other treatments better.

At the Mt Eden branch I am always treated like a star. The other day I was in the awkward situation of bringing my baby (not something I recommend if you want a relaxing experience). Mili was very accommodating and did a wonderful job. The human touch and understanding is really appreciated by this new mum. I'll be back, without bubs next time.
