Smart Supermarket
Been there several times in the past week. On every single occasion, a few aisles were almost totally blocked as staff used the aisles as temporary parking for merchandise awaiting to be loaded onto the shelves. The area set aside for Seafood is choc a bloc with assorted stuff parked there. And the exit is jammed with empty carton boxes to be used for packing by customers. It gives a very untidy and chaotic appearance.

I like the Supermarket so I usually go to Smart. But today, a lady asked me to open my backpack! I opened it and told her I have went to Panksave an hour ago. I had a pack of bread and a bottle of milk in my backpack. Obviously, the bread is from Panksave and she asked me about the milk! She thought I may stole it from smart! It's really unrespectful.

What unbelievable range of goods, is here. Well arranged and a clean environment to shop in. It's my daughter's favorite place for bits and things. Maya and I love it.

Went in today. Noisy, dirty floor. At checkout I was asked to open my little backpack for inspection, I asked the lady if she wanted to frisk me too while she was at it. I mean come on,vehat on, what am I gonna steal? I'll be sticking to my regular Tai Ping thank you very much. Not a happy shopper.

Just went to this supermarket with my baby in the pram and I accidentally went to the wrong entrance, the checkout lady saw it and yelled at me, I did apologise and said sorry I didn’t see the right entrance! Would be appreciated if you could ask me nicely and direct me where to go!So I didn’t ended up buying anything and the same check out lady looked at the basket underneath my pram, the way she looked feels like I’m a theft or something haha so humiliating to be honest!!!I won’t be back for sure and will stuck with my usual tofu shop or Tai Ping for all my chinese groceries!

The staff in check-out is very rude. After paying, the staff told me to open my bag, then I opened my bag and showed her there is a laptop and some other stuff in my bag. After that, she just said, Ok

A clean and tidy newly opened supermarket with a wide variety, highly recommended. Most of the products are Asian food.

Don't expect much customer service and its definitely jam-packed to the brim Costco style during weekends but the range is massive and pretty tidy for an Asian supermarket! Come here for all your fresh produce and Asian foods needs and delights.
