Service was slow. There was a hectic rush and the staff was struggling with cleaning tables, bringing in new customers and taking orders. We were seated in a booth that wasn’t cleaned and staff had to clean around us. We were given menus to look at no one came to take our order for a good 15-20 mins so we had to approach the counter to place our order and grab another bottle of water. The food however once our order was placed came out in a timely manner.Food quality was poor. The chicken wings tasted old. The chips had way too much salt and a little but burnt. The burgers were average and nothing to write home about. The thick shakes which is advertised as having 3 scoops of ice cream I highly doubt that given the size of the cup and it was topped with whipped cream and had milkshake consistency.The establishment appeared a little run down.Wouldn’t return given the poor quality of food and the ridiculous prices $17-25 for a burger on its own and you have to pay extra for chips and a drink on top of that. Staff did appear run down but I noted they were looking for more staff so can give them the benefit of the doubt given the lunch rush we walked in to.

This was the best dining experience in Auckland! The food was awesome.......loved the look inside as it transports you to another space. The service from the staff was the best and will be back as this is my new go to spoil. Keep it up guys!

Really good hotdogs! And their waffle chips are amazingly yummy. We just got takeout but the customer service was great :)

There aren't a lot of restaurants like this in Auckland. The vibe and decor is pretty nice and does fit with the dinner aesthetic. The staff, despite being really busy, were really nice and helpful. The food was pretty good. I had a freakshake which was pretty awesome. The only issue was that a couple of the meals came out really late.

Nice ambiance. Staff was friendly and The waffle fries was superb! But it took us 20mins before we can find sit and I think it was short staff that day another 20mins for our food they they forget one of our order which take another 15mins to come.

American Diner: Salad with a side of mustard sauce,and apple cider,on a warm winter's day,nice! also Burger and smoothie for hubby; he said it was tasty,and the burger was full,sheltered from the occasional rain,looking across the road to the beach,very nice and not packed at that time

Loved the burgers and fries! The burgers are MASSIVE, make sure to bring your appetite. I had the Southern Fried Chicken with curly fries and my partner had the Momma’s Burger with regular fries. The root beer float and chocolate milkshakes were great as well! Would definitely recommend for a fun weekend out.I had to purchase a takeaway container ($0.50) to take my burger home because the portions were so large.The diner is outrageously American in decor but really fun, not your typical cafe/ lunch spot.

We stumbled across this USA themed diner today and tucked in for a bite to eat. Burgers were on the more pricey side to what were used to but holy moly were they amazing! I had the Louisiana chicken and my partner had the mumma burger with the Elvis upgrade.The basket of chips were great for the kids. The ice cream sundaes looked epic too!The diner set up was so cool. The music was awesome. Many of us in the place were singing along.Staff were lovely and very helpful despite being slammed. Diets catered for to a point.Toilets were clean and tidy.Really enjoyed our visit
