Super painful to deal wuth, was without a sink for over 4 weeks. Kept making excuses and saying they werent entitled to fix it. Ended up fixing it but contractor damaged my benchtop in the process

We have used Benchtop Concepts on many occasions to manufacture and supply benchtops for our kitchens and other joinery items. From simple laminate tops to full kitchen acrylic tops, we are always very happy with the finished products we receive and the service that comes with it. I would definitely recommend them for any benchtop requirements.

Requested a quote around about the 29/04/2020 and am still waiting for the quote today 13/05/2020. No communication at all. Every time I spoke to Geoff, he was always 'snowed under' and working on Big Tenders, so he passed on my information to Tony, who had no idea at all, to what I was requesting and came back with a ridiculous quote around the 10K mark, which I think he had just guessed, as he did't want the Job. Went back to Geoff and explained the situation and he said that he was going to have a look at the quote and redo it and that I could pick up some samples, still waiting. Went down the road to there opposition and received a quote (under 1k) with in one hour and had my bench tops with in one week. They seam to have no time for the general public and I do not recommend them
