There are so many other solutions out there to get the results needed which are more cost effective. I did the 4 month plan (out of desperation really after being told by a new hairdresser at my salon that I had alopecia!) My initial consultation was helpful and I signed up that day after being told that my hair was in a resting phase. From there the customer service was ok, but not superb considering the amount of money spent. The hair test results from the laboratory gave some explanation, but without a discussion re. the source of the problem/diet/lifestyle was just a piece of paper with A LOT of information to take in. I was in the UK when unknown to me, I was due for a follow up consultation. They didn't bother getting back in touch to see me again so that was that.Would I recommend to people I know? Probably not. I'd probably recommended Watermans first or the service and products provided by Philip Kingsley. They discuss diet and look at all aspects of what the problem could be and even though the consultations are online for us are way more helpful.

After 2 years of treatment....i had no result...

I would like to share my personal experience with Clive Hair Clinics.I have a receding hairline but this was not the reason I decided to go to Clive, I went to the clinic because I had a very itchy scalp.Through the years I had been washing my hair every day to try to control this problem but I was disappointed the itch remained. After many years of throwing a lot of money at the problem, not to mention my bathroom cabinet being full of many different products partially used, I thought lets try “The Experts” or specialists in their field.I visited the Hamilton clinic and had a consultation with Dorothy Bent, Clive’s hair specialist, who said after an inspection, “Garry you are not going bald”, I immediately thought here comes the pitch, we can get your hair to grow again!! Thinking to myself, “I am not going bald well why is my hair abandoning ship my hairline was receding, thinning on top, skating rink on the back of my head, if this is not balding what else can you call it “!!I said to Dorothy I am here for the itchy scalp problem, thinking to myself “if the hair grows back that will be a bonus”, Dorothy said I believe you need an 8 month treatment program, I agreed to a 4 month treatment program to treat the itchy scalp and said I would consider further treatment after that.Well I started the treatment for the scalp and was instantly amazed the itchy scenario was responding to treatment, slowly but surely over the next few weeks/months the itchy scalp wasn’t such a problem, I had moved from washing my hair everyday to 4 times per week - AND - within 2 months I started seeing new hair growth!!!!The results were not instant but gradual, the treatment for an itchy scalp continued and I signed on for the 8-month treatment program.Fast forward to the current date I am now 6 months into my treatment program and I am seeing new growth, stronger hair, my hairline is improving, minimal hair loss during washing and the only itch I get is from the product used to treat my scalp, another bonus is that I still only wash my hair 4 times per week. I have used a hair spray for as long as I can remember to stop my fine hair from flapping in the breeze this is no longer required my hair now has structure and has obviously thickened and no longer needs to be held in place with sprays.I have to be honest and comment that during the whole process I had my doubts, was my hair really getting stronger etc. you look at your hair every day and do not see the improvements and at times you wonder if this is partially your imagination willing the hair to grow, at different times during the treatment your hair has product in it that gives the impression that your hair must still be falling out but after each wash wow you can see the new and stronger growth, the reassurance comes during the follow up visits to the clinic and the subsequent camera scans, done live on a screen in front of your very eyes you can see the improvements, the new growth, I am now looking to completing the program.I found the staff during the whole process to date have treated me in a professional but also a personal way, even with my skepticism they remained positive, throughout the whole process they have very clearly said if you have doubts terminate the process, it was not just about the money, their system really works, in my case they have proven to be right !!P.S. The products used to treat your scalp are also natural – no drugs !!
