Highly recommend Sarah at mission physio. She has not only helped me short term with acupunture for back spasms but also long term diagnosing the issues and coming up with a plan to resolve them.

Sarah is a fantastic physio! She uses multiple techniques to deal with any issues and takes her time with treatment. She does dry needling (a bit like acupuncture) which I find very effective, as well as soft tissue treatment and manipulation. She is very good at explaining what she is doing and leaves you with some strengthening exercises to do when you leave. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. Sarah is very professional in her field of work. She is tentative to the detail of the diagnostic of injuries. She is an informative physiotherapist who explains in detail and in a way that is easier for you to understand the benefits and also the side effects that may occur due to the treatment received. I have been to many physiotherapist in the past and Sarah is the best who I highly recommend. Keep up the great work Sarah!!!

Sarah is a very skilled physiotherapist. I am waiting for surgery for a very ruptured rotator cuff and are having interim treatment with Sarah . The Physio and acupuncture has been amazing for pain reduction. The information she has given about my injury is excellent. More info than the specialist gave me.
