The manager at this store is AMAZING!! AJ goes out of her way for her customers, best service EVER - thank you!! i have successfully tiled my kitchen backsplash area etc and she was so helpful with what i needed without trying to over sell me things and had some good suggestions. I will def go back and buy tiles for her and the tile warehouse as they have a great selection at great prices!! I bought Zellige tiles and they look fantastic! Keep the great service AJ its hard to find these days and thanks again!! Jackie :)

Took samples away and then phoned them about the the tiles we wanted and the quantity, then picked them up 4 days later. Great service.

Fantastic service from Dharshna & her manager. Bought some splashback tiles from them in 2017. Wanted to add a small section to what we had but were 2 tiles short, went to get some more but they were discontinued. Dharshna then phoned around the other branches looking for old display stock & found us 3 tiles. Even gave them to us at no charge.If that doesn't earn you 5 stars what does.

Bought some great quality bathroom tiles. Jimmy at the Orakei branch was a legend and stopped the delivery so I could collect them sooner direct from the warehouse. He also found more tiles from the same batch later in the day. Great service.

Nothing is too much trouble for Makayla who had infinite patience with me. She is so knowledgeable I couldn't have made tile decisions otherwise. Tile Warehouse source the best floor and decorative tiles.

The help I received in store was excellent. The staff were attentive. BUT beware. If you have a box of tiles left over, they under no circumstances refund you your tiles unless you have 4 or more boxes. And pretty much no one has that many.
