The lady at the counter ,was a bit rude she said with a can’t be bothered attitude ‘that’s yours’ and then she put the trolley next to my car and she went away, I paid for this, it wasn’t for free she was looking at me like she didn’t like me at all. sometimes just a fake smile or a friendly attitude can change a whole customer experience in any sort of business. And BTW the gazebo has the price tag of $90 and on the invoice says $220 really ?

You should Allways go and inspect item before purchase! also 95% of Item on auction sell for more then,if you buy item new from retailers ! as there is extra 15% charge when winning action, and sometimes more!

should always go and check the item before you purchase it, and if you find problems yourself, they can just simply cancel it which is easy, however if your travel a long distance then they wont have alternative solution for you, nothing lost for them.

Picked up a great deal from their online auction. Picked up on a Saturday and they were even open early which was super helpful. Lots of interesting goods coming up for sale al the time.

They run weekly auctions for an assortment of items that come from a number of providers. They run two different auction types both being on Thursdays. There is General. These items can be excess stock, damaged freight or undeliverable items from shipping companies. Can also include anything from vehicles to fish tanks to bulk lots of food items. All manner of items appear there at different times. The second Auction is like a Hospitality type with Appliances and chatels from businesses that have shutdown like resteraunts and cafes etc.Most of the auction lots can be viewed at the auction house. Some are done directly from the venue of buisness that is no longer. There are some good deals to be had, but sometimes items go for close too or more than their retail price. The bidding battle can be baffling. Staff are very helpful and friendly they a good team who genuinely seem too care about the customers and the company. Keep in mind the add on auction fees when bidding. You can bid pre auction online and the app for that is well designed but auctions run at a fast pace on the day.Viewing items onsite is recommended. Items are usually described well but sometimes parts can be missing.We'll worth a look. Always interesting.
