I had an amazing experience getting tested - something I never thought I would say. It's the people that do it. Juliet who helped me with my test today was such a lovely person. It is obvious that she genuinely wants to help and educate those who reach out. All this, at the end of her shift!I definitely think of the place as a safe space free from judgement. If you have any reservations due to anxiety or judgement, I would highly recommend this place - there simply was no room to be anxious because of how welcome I felt.

The team are not only professional, but very welcoming and naturally caring and I am always made to feel comfortable and accepted. The atmosphere is colourful and bright and the gentleman I had time with there during the whole process was very thorough, and explained everything with me with ease and was just so thoughtful. Also the dude behind the counter was fantastic. I was nervous as always but felt at ease quickly. A very comforting, supportive and thoroughly caring, professional and easy going team of people, and a lovely nuturing environment.

I've visited here a few times, and I can honestly say the service has, without exception, always been at a minimum of excellent! Discrete location and reasonable parking at site, so this is well catered for. For any of these types of health check ups, I can absolutely recommend going here! Really lovely staff, and very helpful and informative.

The space is welcoming, the staff make sure you are comfy and are very friendly. Testing has changed alot over the years and they are much easier and faster to get done and results are much quicker too.

A safe place, nice people and a very welcoming environnement. You feel well listened to and not judged. They invite you with a coffee or a tea and ask you questions to understand why you are here and what questions you might be after. I would definitively share this safe space.
