Love this place and so much cheaper than your regular Bendon store. Great selection, tidy and clean. Friendly staff. If you love lingirie thats made well at a cheaper price then I recommend you take a look.

The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. It does seem strange to me that shapewear can be marked down in every single other Bendon store (and is advertised as being on sale on Google) however the outlet store does not offer the same sale for the exact same shapewear in their store. They tried to explain that it’s because they have different pricing and have other things on sale, but it doesn’t seem fair to have someone drive all over town to get to another Bendon shop to get the exact same product, but for a significantly discounted price. I had to purchase my product at full retail price because I did not have the time to go to any other store before picking my son up from school. I spoke to the sale representative, the assistant manager and the manager to see if there is anything they can do to get me the same deal as advertised everywhere else on Bendon (i believe it was around 30% off). They all said they couldn’t do anything. I felt disappointed and quite inconvenient to be honest. I hope Bendon can change their policies to make things a bit more fair for customers. This sort of experience does impact customer’s like myself (who have little time and opportunity to go on a goose chase for the sake of it) coming back to the same Company for future purchases.
