Kept us up to date with job progress. Quality of the work was high. I was particularly impressed with the videos that explained the quote process and what to expect from the technician.

Poor communication and over the top pricing.Immediately went else where with a friends recommendation; they were friendlier, prompter, and a cheaper service with direct communication with the electrician an easy issue was easily fixed.Wasted our time with an over the top quote for things we did not want or need.

The team at Moses Electrical were amazing. From the first contact phone call to getting the work done. They were understanding and accomodating and did a fantastic job.

Joseph was on time and highly professional. I had huge confidence in the repairs he made and the quality of his workmanship. I would thoroughly recommend joseph and Moss to anyone.

Beware! This company seems more interested in extracting money from clients before doing any work. Booking fee of $166.00 supposed to cover first 15 mins. Two men arrived to sort out switchboard problems, but would not proceed with installing new fuse at a quoted cost of $151 until receiving credit card details! They first spent 15 minutes developing quotes for partial or complete renewal of switchboard before attempting to diagnose the problem. Transpired that fuse they wished to change was not faulty - it was another one, as was discovered when we got another electrician (the next day) who fixed the problem inside 20 minutes at a fraction of the cost.

Quick, friendly and does a great job. Super professional. Thanks for responding so fast when the skip bin company ripped our mains cables off the side of our house!! :)

Extremely quick turnaround, which was appreciated. Guys were easy to talk to and happily explained what work they did.However, they seemed irritated when I said no to them coming earlier in the morning than originally scheduled.

Joe was awesome! Not what I expected lols, quick, efficient and warm. I don't like people in my house, but he gave off a very 'safe' vibe - absolutely highly recommend!

Joe was super quick, determined what the issue was easily and was able to provide a fix all within half an hour. Really please with the work done and was a wonderful, friendly presence ☺️
