Absolutely useless.I came to get my windscreen replaced. Water was leaking into our car after the replacement. I went back to get that sorted. They said they fixed it but windscreen was still leaking.I went to a real windscreen repairer then and he found out that the windscreen wasn't even glued in on the bottom. He could just push it out. Very dangerous!

My experience with Novus (Te Rapa branch) was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service and communication amazing. Novus done everything for me including dealing with my insurance company. I rung them on a Friday afternoon the following Monday morning my vehicle's window screen (with sensors) was replaced. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend Novus. THANKS NOVUS

The two cowboys that came to replace my screen ripped into it at warp speed placed no protection over my bonnet subsequently my bonnet now has a huge chip on it . Took the vehicle down to Novus Hamilton to speak to them about it . Was informed that the two workers would be spoken to when they returned and I would then be given a call still waiting four days later will never use this outfit again will be talking to Tower regarding the issue

Amazing service after our car got broken into on a weekend. Stayed open to help after hours...cleaned and fixed our car window and so empathetic. Can't thank you enough... so kind and caring.. Highly recommend.

All in all, it took about 3 months, 3 windscreens, 2 mouldings and a rain sensor cover to get it all sorted. I WILL NOT be using Novus Te Rapa ever again and nor will I recommend them.Booked my windscreen in for repairs in October 2022. When I went to pick it up, the replacement screen was also cracked (approx 15cm long). Had to take it like that for the weekend as they had to order the 2nd replacement screen so booked it in for the following Tuesday and was told that it is an overnight delivery so the windscreen will be there by Tuesday. Dropped the car off Tuesday morning and was called around midday and told that the freight company had missed the drop off and had delivered it to Auckland and was told that it will be in store on Wednesday so left the car there overnight. Wednesday morning I called to get a time for pick up and was told that it still hadn't arrived and they couldn't give me any information on when it would arrive and be completed. Explained that I had people running around after me to help me drop off and pick up the car and was also borrowing other people's cars to use and needed a timeline set. Got a really sarcastic response from the foreman (who clearly didn't know anything about what had happened with the vehicle previously) made comments about me not having paid for the service because the windscreen hadn't even arrived yet. Also said to me Oh well sorry that you've had to wait a day or two for your screen while we have other customers who have had to wait up to 3 months for theirs". I told him that it was his own team who had given me the expectation of overnight service so his sarcasm and rudeness wasn't needed. Anyway... windscreen arrived and was called to pick it up. When I got there there was another crack in the 2nd replacement screen. Was from the exact same starting point but went in a different direction. A third replacement screen had to be ordered as well as new mouldings which were ordered from overseas so had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive. Finally picked the car up

This was the insurers preference, I have a European car and expect original parts and that extra care to be taken to get everything perfect not some rush job. They had this done in just over an hour and there was black glue all over the headliner and a small scratch to my bonnet. When I got this car, I paid $1100 for a blackvue dashcam install, and the dashcam was also put back on crooked. They don't reply to the emails about the scratch. The rain sensor wipers are now completely possessed can't decide if they want to go fast or slow. The LKAS system definitely doesn't feel right either and is swerving me all over the lane.Also there is no pickup or dropoff or courtesy car service, wouldn't be an issue if it was closer to town but it's on the very edge of the city.

While visiting Hamilton my car got broken into (on a Saturday). A helpful gentlemen suggested this place and I am so thankful he did. Shannon was so lovely and just amazing. The stress of what happened was taken away by her helpfulness and fast action so I could drive back to Auckland. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed with their kind service and attention to detail.

Windscreen repair is nicely done as well as putting my dashcam up again really nice job hid all the wires for me better than I had done and looks good also

Steer clear of these guys.We booked our van for tailgate glass replacement through insurance. The office lady called us and booked the appointment. We waited 2 weeks for the appointment and on the day Saturday 8/July/2023 when I went there they said I had no appointment booked and can not do anything. Guys working at the back were very helpful and friendly. I was a bit skeptical about the office lady when she called and booked the appointment as she didn't seem to have any idea about anything. But I thought it will be alright.Wasted my time. I could have taken many booking and made some money. I lost so much business due to the mistake of one person.Just check several times even after your booking with them and keep a record of the things in writing.Not Impressed at all.Poor Communication.
