I had a small outdoor shower installation. Greg came around to check the job and Jordan did the installation. They were both very professional with Greg offering his advice on the best location and Jordan went beyond what I asked by recreating the entire shared fitting and mounting the shower and piping perfectly. Highly recommend Valet Plumbing.

My dealings with Valet Plumbing were with Greg who responded to our major problem with a blocked drain swiftly. At all times Greg kept me advised as to when his man would be there. Very comforting when you have a problem such as we did. The end result after a camera was used to establish where the blockage was the problem was fixed. Excellent communication and really easy to deal with. I phoned in the morning and a few hours later I had someone show up. Jarrod came by to investigate a leak. He was super helpful, found a few issues , provided some good advice and offered to do immediate repairs. Really friendly and professional team.

Quote came through on time as it took 5+ days for other plumbers who said I would get the quote on the day? The team on the day were awsome to deal with and got the job done quicker than we thought. I dealt with the lovely Greg. I sadly couldn’t go ahead with the service for my own personal reasons but when I can I will definitely go ahead with Greg and the team. Greg had the best customer service, so friendly and professional and no doubt he would’ve done a great job to. Thanks GregEDIT: had the shower head replaced. Had the awesome Jarrod come around. I was very impressed. Next clean and tidy. Came when they said they would and did a professional job. Connected and created a drainage outlet for my dishwasher which should have been done when my kitchen was installed. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them
