Disappointed that my gel polish started chipping off the day after it was applied and looked terrible within a few days, not worth the $60. Second time I’ve been disappointed with the services provided, unfortunately I won’t be back.

Got a file and polish. Very disappointed. I could have done a better job myself. When I went back and complained I was told I should have got a gel polish. They did offer to redo my nails with the same person which I declined. Last time I went here my nails lasted two weeks and looked fabulous. Same price too. Not even a day and they are chipping. No credit offered. I won’t be back.

I had Paige cut my hair today. I have really long hair & I am extremely fussy with it. I Love my new cut & Paige was so lovely. Thanks Paige :)

This experience was far from relaxing. I’m heavily pregnant & was greeted abruptly as I stepped foot in the door, asked my name which I had to announce from a distance, had to speak loudly & in front of other customers which was unnecessary. Was not the welcoming greeting I expected. After waxing no moisturiser was used so the rest of my stay was accompanied by burning armpits & 3 days later I still have a rash. Pedicure was not worth $65 at all. You sit in a tub like chair that isn’t overly comfortable, warm bowl of water manually brought over by massager & then asked to continually lift each leg throughout the whole pedicure. Nails not trimmed, massage not deep, no gel applied just normal polish. Extremely basic & felt awkward. Felt like you the massager had to make small talk as your at eye level the whole time. Afterwards was told all done & will meet me out the front to sort payment. Put my socks & shoes on not realising polish was still wet so ruined the whole experience of having your nails painted. Passing by staff not friendly & felt weird sitting in such an open area when I just wanted to relax. It’s a very small town so a shame as I will be honest with anyone who mentions this business. Will not return

Friendly staff and great service

Adore staff were so amazing. The staff that did my beauty treatments were so nice they made me look alive again and feel amazing within myself. I don't have one negative thing to say about adore. Very professional and able to accommodate me with my requests.

I e had my hair cut, coloured and done many times and today added a massage. The team is lovely, talented and the business is super accessible

very friendly hairdressers, the whole place is quite clean. the pricing is slightly excessive. i really like my curly hair and they gave me a haircut that will last a while to the next one and they were able to keep my curls.

An elderly Aunt of mine (88yrs) had an afternoon appointment. She waited about what she thought was 15 min for her turn. She could see the hairdresser taking her time with another client. When it was her turn, she was told there was no hot water and she was pushed for time and couldn't get her hair washed, instead a sprayer of cold water was used. She told me she wanted to walk out and was very disappointed. She will be looking for another hairdresser
