City Dentists

We were on a cruise when my wife developed a badly infected tooth. Only in port for one day, but that didn't stop the FANTASTIC dentist (Ms) and staff. She even gave up her lunch-hour so our cruise wouldn't be ruined. We are still singing their praise, what a wonderful (happy and funny) group. 12 out of 10. You are all wonderful.

I'm writing to express my gratitude for my dental hygienist Amanda, it was by far the most satisfactory experience I have had in New Zealand.I have some existing dental conditions: dental implant & orthodontics retainer, during the treatment, Amanda was very nice and warm, she took care of every corner of my tooth with gentle & accurate, the procedure is highly professional and pain-free. especially, she has frequently moist my lips with water to prevent it to be chapped, what a lovely experience.Really thankful that I can rely on City Dentists for my living in Wellington.

Wow, what am amazing service! Today I saw Alice, this is my first time here. I looked online as I had a toothache, and thought I needed an extraction. But instead I got a filling, Alice was transparent and gentle. This was the best dental experience I have had by far. I couldn't feel any pain the whole time I was there. I feel asleep a few times, because I was so relaxed. Alice was very gentle and always advised what the tools might feel like. The anasthesia was the right amount. It didn't feel heavy. Absolutely no pain at all. What a wonderful experience! She was fantastic. Natasha was good too. Thank you for a great experience. I will be sure to come back here when I come back to Wellington. I have been visiting City Dentists for a number of years and have recommended them to many friends and family. Kamil has been reassuring, professional and provided great care. I have gone from being someone who actively avoided the dentist to attending regularly. Highly recommend.

On holiday from UK I lost part of a filling and phoned City Dentists that evening. They arranged an appointment for the next morning when an excellent young dentist repaired the tooth. The whole experience was excellent--friendly reception, latest equipment and great dentist and assistant. Six months later and all is still good and even the bill seemed reasonable compared with UK.Many thanks

I love coming to my dentist and hygienist. The team is personable yet professional and deliver a high standard of work. I appreciate the transparency in terms of impact and cost and feel like I’m always able to make well informed decisions. The fact that they can now submit expenses to my health insurance directly is very convenient. 10/10 would recommend!
