I required a replacement high stop light for my crown canopy after failing a WOF. I phoned Craig at Fully Equipped after doing a parts Google search. I'm so happy I did!! I give him 5 stars for knowledgeable assistance, hassle free ordering, great communication & speedy delivery. Be great if other companies & their people all operated like this and provided similar service. I'll definitely be recommending Fully Equipped in the future.

Excellent service. Right from the enquiry, quote and fitting they were prompt, efficient and helpful. We had to drive down from whangarei to Auckland to have it fitted, they have a great setup for out of town customers to wait in comfort with coffee, tv and toilet. They put extra people on our job so it could be completed sooner. Great job guys, we would certainly recommend you to anyone who needs an awesome canopy with excellent service.

3 phone calls over a week to check price and availability of a part advertised on the site…. Rude phone manner and NO ONE got back to me…. Finally got someone to painfully get a price on my final phone call but it was way more expensive then other company’s for the exact same part?Got 6 utes to fit out and WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH YOU

Service was okay but unfortunately have had to return 5 times for canopy issues and it still leaks which disappoints me
