The customer service team is very unresponsive. The guy there hardly picks up the phone and acts like busiest person. Not recommended just due to poor service. The area is appealing but they need to work on their skills.

Amazing Experience, we were hosted by Sheryl who took us to the property that we were quite keen on but also squeezed in another one which was also within our budget. The show home itself was quite a welcoming place and Sheryl with her professional and warm friendly attitude made it a 5+ star experience. Thanks @fletcher and @sheryl, you made our day!

Very good Builder, but the person who is in charge,Neville is very rude. Well one thing all must remember is he is not the only salesperson in town.Being rude and trying to show that he is the only busy man at Fletchers, has lost a potential customer.Very good staff at Ormiston Fletcher show home.Please do not judge the people by their looks.
