My soon to be 6 yr old Moko is into her 2nd year of private classes with Ror. Techniques taught by Ror are Beautifull, Graceful & Safety is Paramount. Fun is seamlessly integrated. Coaches Ror & Dom upskill therefore upholding to excellence. By the way this 61 year old loves Sparring with RCA & attending private sessions. I love that RCA embraced my age.

Ror has a fantastic sixth sense on how far he can push a person to get the best out of them and backs it with a massive knowledge base. Come and try out his classes or go one on one, you won't regret it.

The one on one lessons were highly beneficial for getting the basics locked, the group classes were fun and inclusive to everyone. The children classes were perfect for young ones to get interested in it. Fun, interesting and 100% would recommend.
