They serviced our Holden Colorado. They mechanic rotated the wheels as part of the service, all good. We have 20 chrome wheels on the ute. He left one of the centre caps loose on one of the mags and ran it over. borke into many pieces. They are an older set of mags and centre caps are no longer available. We have had no luck with them fixing the broken centre cap

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT MARK CROMBIE HOLDEN!Booked our car in for a service 2 weeks ago as they are service agents.Followed up day before to enquire if a courtesy car was available as we're from out of town (not available).arrive on time to be informed they have no record of our car being booked in.....finally say they will do the service as we've travelled for 1.5 hrs for this appointment.2 hrs later, get a call to say it is a major 60k service (which we previously advised) and will cost $2000 +....can we pay for this?finally get the car back after waiting for an extra half an hour, pay the exorbidant bill and get 200m down the road to find no power & lights flashing on the dash.....will definately take to Giltrap next time

Bad experience at Mark Cromie Motor Group.Technician checked my VW car and said could not find any errors even warning lights were on when I left the car there. They just clear the errors and charged me exorbitant fee. After 2km from the dealership all warning lights flashing back on dash. Total waste of time and money. Had to take the car to Giltrap to fix it. Do not recommend this dealership

Absolutely the most disguisting service and after doing work on my vehicle without authorisation tried charging me hundreds for it. changed price several times also.Principal dealer Richard Evans demanded payment for unauthorised work. Police were called as he then instructed an employee to undo the work and remove fuses to disable my vehicle.All because i disputed and have paperwork showing the job they tried charging me for wasnt authorised by me. Even physically ripped keys from me. Had tried sorting it with them in a proper manner but no clear instruction of complaint processes and after calling to again attempt to resolve this matter today i recieve a phone call from another director Bradley Antonievic saying Mark Chromie himself dosnt have anything to do with the company apart from his name so i would have to deal with him. He said on the phone he understands i have been through some trouble with them and tried to decietfully sound sympathetic and invited me to come and see him at nissan showroom. when i agreed and arrived he immediately serves me a tresspass notice with no intention of resolving or discussing the matter. Originally the vehicle was in for a replacement seatbelt which VTNZ failed on wof for fraying which they agreed to replace no charge. However didnt do at all and just put another wof on vehicle themselves without fixing the unsafe belt.NEVER EVER ! Have i seen such unproffessionalism in a businesses duty under fair trading or otherwise.

Disappointed in the service given. This review does not reflect on Tracey whom did an awesome job in getting my car ready for me. While I was not happy with the reception given earlier Tracey did go out of her way for me and personally I give her full star points for service and followup.
