Purchased a brace online for my dog which included postage. Then received a seperate email trying to extort more money for shipping. Unprofessional and unethical. No care for customer and indeed the reason for purchase. Fair trading contacted.

Extremely disappointed. Made appointment for dog to have fitting for knee brace . Drove 2.5 hours from across country and no one was home . Couldn’t be contacted and no word back . Most unprofessional, as well as the premises

I started by innocently buying a dressage girth at Equidays a couple of years ago because I liked the feel of it. Both me and my lesson horses loved that. Then when I was working through some issues with my lower back and hips I bought the back brace, which became a fundamental tool in helping me regain confidence, flexibility and strength in my body. I now wear the brace mainly if I am doing long days of work around the horses or in the garden. I also wore it on a long tramp in National Park recently and was so thankful the next morning when I got out of bed like any other day, rather than like a creaky tin woman! More recently I bought the elbow brace after I fractured my arm and have been finding that very comforting on the path to recovery. Along the way I keep running into people using Back on Track products for themselves and their horses. It seems like most people who try these products see tangible benefit from them and it is so interesting to hear and swap stories. I am now enjoying buying these products for my friends and family - don't expect to mention an injury, twinge or niggle around me without receiving a corresponding Back on Track product!
