Tried their $16 Hoki deal, which was great value. You get 5 massive pieces of Hoki and scoop of chips. Kiwi burger was good but l prefer my egg yolk cooked through rather than runny.

Fish and chips were so yummy! I got the $14 hoki deal and it was definitely a good deal. I usually find hoki fishy when cooked and it wasn’t fishy at all. Would come back again next time I’m in whakatane.

mussels and chips were awesome, not so much the tarakihi but thats prob a personal taste thing for me. food could do with more salt as it was a little bland. awesome service at the counter.awesome value packs sold at this shop.

Yum rhe best fish n chips in town, so helpful if you ask them to cook the Chips a wee bit longer so they're crunchy as, highly recommend them, always cheerful and the waiting time is quite short!
