Never use these money hungry nasty people ever again. Absolutely ripped me off. I lost nearly $10grand to them. They had no qualms about taking it in while doing nothing for 5 months. Despite many many requests for updates on progress, this information was not forthcoming. Leaving my and my family at their mercy. Very negative experience. And they have the audacity to charge me for work in advertising, showings, paperwork etc for a new tenant. Nothing happened from end of July when notice was given till November. Because of their complete lack of action, transparency and consideration I was forced to bring in a lawyer. Within 3 days they suddenly found a replacement tenant. It took more than 12 weeks. 12 weeks to place someone in this Greytown property, Greytown being one of the most highly sought after regions to live in nz. Proably the worst experience in renting Ive had in 35 years. Steer clear is my advice, they aren't what they say they are.
