we were there for a check up but my wife burnt her hand on the way there.. the nurse was amazing. she looked after us and made sure my wife was comfortable. the receptionists has always been good to us and treated us with the utmost respect.i still remember when we were trying to get a covid test and the testing centres were full. Sonia picked up the phone and was extremely courteous and we were able to get it done without any hassle even though my wife wasnt registered there yet. absolutely fantastic support at very stressful time for us.Dr Ozimeck is number one as usual. really experienced and has looked after me for 5 years now. and now my wife is also a patient of his. a real blessing to have him and the clinic close by.thank you for looking after us!

Would give it less than this if I could. This practice is a joke. Their doctors (except for Dr. Laney who is incredible) are blasé, incompetent, and inattentive. Other than an appointment with Dr Laney, I have never had a positive experience at this practice. Unless you’re bleeding out, stay away from High Street City Health.

I have been going to this practice for 45 years. I have try to keep to the same doctor when possible. From Ken to Tim, then Peter, and Graeme and finally with Mick. I have never been in a position of fear. 3 people decided to gang up on me. . I suffer from mental illness and if this is how medical practices treat such people. Nasty human nature. I hope this changes. They have been amazing most of the times... Just didnt need to be spoken down to and belittled in a public arena. My state of angst became one of of fear and public humiliation . I now feel like an unwanted client, sad after 45 years of wonderful care. Sonja I love to bits , she is a delight.

Had issues right from the start but it came to a head when I was lead to believe by Tim Wilson that a referral was sent to the hospital only to find out it was never sent and I'd been bedridden with pain for a couple of months waiting on hospital appointment.. the medical center and doctor have taken no responsibility for it not being sent . Refuse to be accountable for my health care . It's my health they played games with yet don't want to be accountable for there lack of care . I can't get a answer who made the call not to send the referral, the doctor or the nurse. The nurse claimed I didn't fit the criteria yet the doctor at the hospital AnE wrote a referral and was excepted . Poor service here

Finally given up on this practice after 16 + years. Doctors are mostly dismissive and at times dangerously negligent. I would particularly avoid Dr Ozimick and Siu Siu. Worst of the worst.

Left a voicemail for a repeat prescription per their policy. Followed up the next day as it hadn't been sent to my pharmacy and the nurse scolded me for not being more organised and made it out to be my fault they hadn't done their job. Made me feel ashamed to need the medication.Spoke to the manager who defended the nurse and took her side. Said nothing could be done.Strongly suggest ANY other doctors clinic. This practice still doesn't integrate with manage my health either.

Very good surgery. Although Sonya the receptionist can come across a bit cold at first, she is actually super nice, as are all the other ladies. I don't rate the nurses here quite as much as some other practices, skillwise, but Dr Siew Siew Chua is a wonderful female doctor who makes you feel at ease with any issues (ladies, I'm talking to you). Dr Mick Ozimek has quite a blunt and unemotional bedside manner (which may be good for some people but offputting for others) but he is very experienced and a very, very comptent GP who I would also highly recommend. I have also had good experiences with Dr Tim Wilson and with Dr Jacqui Laney. It's a great clinic where they can almost always fit you in on the same day with someone. Easy referral to the Nurses and Physios, and there is a Pharmacy right next door. There is always parking (with extra out the back), and I know a number of people who continue to attend here, despite moving further away, as do I.

Nice place! friendly nurses and all staff in here. I did my general medical examination for NZ visa. Well, a little small but very nice clinic!I made a calling appointment in the morning, and then I did this test in the afternoon, so fast and effective. Thanks!
