Arnie was so patient and knowledgeable when introducing the products to me, a beginner with no any prior experience, that I even felt that I would have to pay him if he gave any more professional, detailed, and comprehensive professional advices lol. No hard pushing sale at all. Arnie had really put himself in the customers shoes and thinking for me. Instead of simply selling me a $2k keyboard that I was after, he gave honest idea that $1k $2k keyboard makes little difference for a beginner, and he even used their system to try to find another shop with both options so that I could try both in person. In the end, although I learned that I might not be able to use all the bells and whistles that $2k one has anytime sooner, I still bought it, partly for the exceptional customer service delivered by Arnie! This place, highly recommended! Will definitely come back should I need anything they are offering.

To The Manager Senchai- (pardon my spelling) amazing service. In years For the first time I felt like I can trust the person I am going to give my money to for their advice especially in situations when you do not understand say the products so well or what you are about get into as a newbie. Long story short I could have easily been talked into getting something that was marketed as a better product but this Man narrowed it down to my needs and helped me choose the right thing . He just was not the kind of shady salesman who would mindlessly jump at the first opportunity to upsell .on the contrary He was consistent in his logic and approach and overall quite informed and knowledgable and seemed to be speaking more from personal experience . was there the whole time (not in my face ofcourse lol) helping me out when needed.The man deserves a proper Raise.

About 2 weeks ago came in with an Aunty who wanted her ukulele restrung, but turned out bit old (ukulele not Aunty),better to buy a new one. I needed my guitar restrung and was noticed that bit of moisture in wood. All this got sorted with the exceptional customer service from Cody. We really enjoyed our experience with you, being novices and your knowledge on mentioned items. You went above and beyond thank you! Highly recommend this shop for your music/instrument needs.
