I had a issue with connecting to wifi on my MacBook, there happened to be a water issue. I contacted ROCKETTECH, and they got me in to their office instantly, they fixed the issue within 15 minutes! Fast replying, friendly, great service and a lot cheaper than other places in town. Would definitely recommend to anyone having issues with tech!

I gave this business a 5 star because the operator, Jag was so accomodating and did a great job in transferring my photos from a PC hard drive to an external drive.When I phoned him, he gave me a quote straightaway and he did not over-charge me. The price was amazingly reasonable and the most affordable out of everyone that I’ve asked in the Hutt/Upper Hutt area. I highly recommend this service. Thank you Jag! I'm having trip from Tauranga to Wellington and suddenly Macbook stuck at Apple Logo. I suspected issue with SSD. Went to Rocket Tech and get replacement SSD since he the only person have the SSD for this type of Macbook. He also help to install MacOS into the Macbook. Really the expert guy. Recommended !!
