Manukau Motor Lodge

Clean tidy and large room. There's a spare bed for kids butI'm traveling by myself. It's good for family and great location.

The rooms were okay but needed a heat pump for desired comfort not just a ceiling fan, bathrooms were adequate though the Spa tub was a little small. Has sky television but would love a magazine or guide so you know what's on when you just want to chill. The parking is a nightmare so be careful if you're parking inside

We had an incredible stay here. We were here for my sons tag competition so we stayed here. I was greeted by two lovely ladies at the front counter, lovely customer service, nothing was a burden for them, lovely smiles and even had a laugh... This is the first impression and how i knew we were going to enjoy our stay. Nice spacious clean rooms, great airflow, we stayed in the top rooms and were going to be out for the whole day so this was a place to relax and sleep after a long day and that we did, nice comfy beds, tv for my son to watch while he relaxed. Lots of 'storage' places to put luggage so you didn't feel cramped, good lighting and a great view off the deck. There is a pool there however we didn't use it as we were out all day and returned back late but definitely would be nice on a hot summers day. Location is very central to supermarkets, mall, eating places. Very affordable accommodation, you get what you pay for and that is value. I will 100% be staying here again and highly recommend. :)

They come into your room as soon as you leave .we asked on the first day why they came into room and they said they will talk to the management. The next day same thing .as soon as you leave for a few hours they back in your room for no reason. Shocking !!!!! Rip you off first chance they get .will never go back again

We enjoyed a few nights here recently The price is reasonable and the location is close to the airport and heaps of places to eat. There is a large supermarket over the road so really it had everything.The motel itself was fine. The service crew were a great bunch of friendly happy people who ensured the room was clean and looked after each day. Really excellent.TJ on the front counter was a joy. What a smile and can do attitude, so often neglected. She really helped us out. Thank you.The motel was on the flight path but the noise levels were actually very low so that was not an issue at all.The only issue was a loud outdoor concert one day that was very loud. Probably never happen again so can't say that is the motel's fault!Parking is a little tight but it is included and every one seemed to manage.Overall, we were impressed.

If you're one for take outs and shopping this lodge is the perfect spot, as everything is within walking distance.Stayed 3 nights to get over my jet lag.Bed had electric blanket. Perfect for those cold nights. A small heater was inside the room but didnt bother using.Room was neat and tidy.Would definitely return again

I really appreciated being able to check into my room in the early hours of the morning with prearrangement with reception. Spa bath in the room is lovely. The location is on a busy road but close to many shops and easy access to freeway.

We didn’t end up staying at Manukau Motor Lodge due to the cancellation of the Elton John event. We were contacted the day of our booking to check if we were coming- when we said we couldn’t come up, the motel cancelled our booking free of charge.Thanks for being so understanding and generous!

This has been my second home over past 2 months. It is affordable, clean, comfortable. Location is fantastic in terms of proximity to Westfield mall, Rainbows End, Airport, eateries & restaurants & many other shops & services. It is quiet considering so close to Airport & a busy main road/ motorway. The service has been exceptional from the the front desk to the cleaners. Highly recommend if require an unassuming place to rest your head in Manukau/ South Akld. The pool is an added bonus on a hot day. Very family friendly also.

Stayed here last week, caught with cyclone Gabrielle and not being able to fly out.The room was clean and had everything required; housekeeping staff were delightful and came every day to see what was required; TJ on the front desk was amazing fitting us in, in the midst of all the craziness.
