Fobbed off! they didn't have time for me and just dumped a whole lot of catalogues on me (none of them for Russia or China). And said they couldn't help with Russia/China travel anyway.This after I contacted them the week earlier to make an appointment (and was told that no appointment was necessary)

Great how much timeTania took to discuss my travel ideas, but VERY disappointing that everything is on line, no travel brochures or tour itinerary in paper form with photos as I had hoped, it all takes the easiness and fun out of chosing holiday destinations and things to see and do.
