Great to have daily room clean, only there two nights, but appreciated clean towels, beverage sachet top up etc. friendly staff at reception

Stayed 29/01/2023 on business. Very clean and comfortable with freindly front of house staff at desk. Private car park was a huge bonus. Happy to recommend and will staying again

The owners of this hotel have displaced and made homeless some of the most vunerable people in our country. They has mistreated the chronically ill and domestic abuse survivors who had no other place to go. They have done all of this in the name of profit. I will not be supporting this business and encourage others with any empathy to do the same.

Excellent facilities, friendly, helpful staff, perfect location. The only slight niggle was discovering that the room was not serviced on Sundays. There was no mention of this in the reservation email, and I could not find it on their website. Other than that though, it was great, and we would happily recommend it

The friendly service of the hotel manager is exceptional. Clearly he takes pride in his work. Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

The new owners who took over this place displaced multiple people on New Years Eve who had been residents for years, many of whom were women and children who were left with no where else to go. One of the residents was an abuse victim with numerous, subsequent chronic illnesses who was made homeless and ignored by the staff members who displaced her, all because they wanted to sell her room to corporate clients. This hotel is one of the worst examples of a society that treats profit as if it's more important than real human lives. They made money off vulnerable people during the height of the pandemic and then discarded them as soon as it was convenient for business. The govt. needs to regulate this unethical, psychopathic behaviour. I will personally not be supporting this business, nor the cold hearted monsters who own it.

Close to heaps of restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms are high end spacious with comfortable chairs. And nice treats.

I was involved in an accident on my way to staying at this venue. My car was written off and my husband and daughter injured. I called to say we couldn’t make it. I asked if we could just cover one night instead of 2. That was declined on basis I had agreed to the T and C. So shame on you guys. I will never stay here nor recommend it!

greedy profit driven company who took advantage of emergency housing residents and kicked them out when they decided that money is more important than some of our most vulnerable people. have also been incredibly racist to Maōri and Pacifica residents and classist to MSD people. do not support this vile company.
